Sales activity in Perth during the week ending 14 December was down 18.3% with 791 transactions recorded. On closer inspection, house, unit and vacant land sales all recorded decreases, falling 14.0%, 12.9% and 56.9% respectively.
Perth’s highest sale price: Mossman Park – $3,800,000
Perth's lowest sale price: Baldivis – $310,000
Listings There were 2,615 properties for sale in the metropolitan area for the week ending December 14, which is 13.6% lower than 4 weeks ago and 51% lower than the same time last year. Top performing suburbs – sales

Perth rental market REIWA members reported 2,200 properties for rent at the end of last week, which is 3.4% lower than the previous week, 1.4% higher than 4 weeks ago but 0.8% lower than the same time last year. Leasing activity was similar to last week, with REIWA members reporting 680 properties leased. This number is 1.3% lower than 4 weeks ago but 9.0% higher than a year ago.
