Sales activity in Perth during the week ending 9 November was up 1.2% with 921 transactions recorded. On closer inspection, house sales were similar to the week before and unit and vacant land sales were both up 1.7% and 14% respectively. .

Listings There were 2,942 properties for sale in the metropolitan area for the week ending November 9, which is 5.8% higher than 4 weeks ago but 43.4% lower than the same time last year. Top performing suburbs – sales

Leasing activity decreased 11.5% since last week, with REIWA members reporting 624 properties leased. This number is 2.5% higher than 4 weeks ago and 9.9% higher than a year ago.
